Bark in the Park!

With rain threatening to cancel the event, at any time - it came as no surprise the turnout wasn't huge for the Bark in the Park event. But all who did come, had a great time running, playing & socializing!

And $120 was made for Tiny Paws Dog Rescue!

We're Confuzzled-Was Today Saturday??

Cause our hoomans were playing something called "hookey" from work! And we had a pawsome time outside in the glorious sun!

These caps were donated by company owner Deborah Storey. Next weekend is our Bark in the Park event; some lucky little winner will go home with warm atire for the upcoming winter!

It's taken a couple of days, but Schatzi is starting to feel a bit more like herself. Her dental surgery was a bit invasive-she required stitches to close a hole in her nasal cavity.

Continued hugs & kisses greatfully appreciated.

Dental Update

Schatzi was an extremely un-happy camper this morning - thoroughly po'd at not having any breakfast! Then I took her to "that place" (all the while she is protesting loudly in the car) - the minute her little paws hit the clinic parking lot - she did an immediate about face - and pulled to head in the opposite direction! She had to be carried in!

Thankfully, she is resting comfortably - minus three teeth! Two small molars & unfortunately, an upper canine was extracted.

I see a soft supper of ground beef & rice is on tonight's menu!

Schatzi is undergoing a dental cleaning tomorrow. That means no breakfast & she won't be pleased!

Hmph! What kind of Bed & Breakfast is this? The brochure clearly stated three square meals & snacks daily!
