A Charlottetown city police officer, making sure the parade route ran smoothly. This wonderful officer assisted when a dog was left in a parked van at the mall! (I posted about it on my blog last May).
Some of PEI's finest RCMP officers - in full dress uniform (these uniforms are worn on special occassions - not worn daily).
