Snow Day!!!

Another snow day here....it's our second storm in a matter of a few days...



Now...before we post this next picture of me...be warned...see...I had a grooming appointment yesterday...cause I needed a baffs & pawdicure...and horrors of horrors..the groomer buzzed off y 'stache!



It's not the end of the world or nuthin'...this only the second time I've gone to my new groomer...last time Mama explained "not" to shave off my moustache..so it was fine. But yesterday...she forgot to remind Sherry (groomer)...and Mom felt sick about it. But...it's only fur...it will grow back & Mama will make a point of reminding her never to remove my 'stache... but just comb it out. After all...it's what makes me - me!!

I feel so nekkid!

Healing Prayers & Rayz Needed....

We have been a bit absent from the blog lately...in late fall we received the very sad news that my beloved Auntie Pat has been diagnosed with lung cancer.

Mama is very sad these days..Aunti Pat is her only sister. But we are keeping our tails crossed that chemo & radiation treatment will work. My Dad & Mama just got back from visiting the hospital for a couple of days....since it is a 4 our drive by car. And I was most excellently taken take of by Benson & his humans.

In happier news, My Nani is home after a 4 week stay in the hospital...Mama & Dad got to check in on her as well. She looked really great, Mama reports and doing well.

Now....if only we could do something about this 15-20 cm snow storm in the forecast tomorrow? Any Suggestions?

See My Boots?

No? That's cause I wear "Invisible" boots that come from a jar!!



Before I go out, my hoofies get slathered with this stuff...to pawtect my pads from snow, ice & salt...especially salt. We use pet friendly stuff...but the sidewalk & road crews...they use the real harsh stuff! It will sting your paws off if they are not protected!

When I come in, my feets get all wiped off with a warm, wet cloth...(I luv that part!!)...then I get to lick them to my liking!!

We got about 20 cm of snow overnight....I luv pushing my head in the snow...

Lots of snow in our forecast tomorrow...20 cm + 90 km/hr winds = nasty day!!
