It is winter...after all...

Blizzard warning in effect...

Today

Cloudy. Snow at times heavy and blowing snow beginning early this morning. Amount 15 to 25 cm. Wind northeast 40 km/h gusting to 60 increasing to 60 gusting to 90 late this morning. High minus 4. Cold wind chill minus 25 this morning.
Tonight
Snow mixed with ice pellets changing to ice pellets or freezing rain this evening then to a few rain showers overnight. Snow and ice pellet amount 5 cm. Local blowing snow this evening and after midnight. Wind northeast 60 km/h gusting to 90 diminishing to 40 gusting to 70 after midnight. Temperature rising to plus 2 by morning.

Wednesday
Cloudy with 40 percent chance of rain showers in the morning and early in the afternoon. A few flurries beginning in the afternoon. Local snowfall amount 2 cm. Wind northeast 20 km/h gusting to 40 becoming southeast 20 in the morning then northwest 40 gusting to 60 late in the afternoon. Temperature falling to minus 8 in the afternoon.
